JUBILEE PLACE OF WORSHIP
The Apostolic Penitentiary has granted a Plenary Indulgences from 24th March 2021 that our church of St Ignatius Loyola in Jastrzębia Góra is during the St Ignatius Year a Jubilee Place of worship, where by devoutly visiting, you may obtain a Plenary Indulgence under the usual conditions:
— have the interior disposition of complete detachment from sin, even venial sin;
— receive the Holy Eucharist after confession (it is certainly better to receive it while participating in Holy Mass, but for the indulgence only Holy Communion is required);
— pray for the intentions of the Supreme Pontiff.

The Jubilee Year begins on 20th May 2021 and finishes on 31st July 2022
Pursuant to the decree, a Plenary Indulgence may be granted to any member of the faithful who sincerely repents his sins, devotes himself to works of mercy and visits the Jubilee Place of worship led by the Society of Jesus. The faithful should take part in some special celebration or do a meditation prayer ending with Our Father, a Profession of Faith and the intercessions of the Mother of God and St Ignatius Loyola.The same Plenary Indulgence extends to the elderly, the sick, the suffering and all those who for legitimate reasons are unable to leave the house - and who with a soul detached from any sin - if they join the Jubilee by, a spiritual celebration in front of a picture or icon of St Ignatius, and faithfully offering to God their suffering and the hardships of their life, and if they have a will to fulfil as soon as possible the three usual conditions.
So that as many people as possible can follow these spiritual favours the Penitentiary advises that priests of the Society of Jesus offer themselves with a willing and generous soul to the celebration of the Sacrament of Penance.
